Milka’s technique was impressive making it a Painless fast Hollywood wax not missing a spot hence the name precession ! Happy with Smooth results! I will definitely be back also easy parking nearby. Visited Original Wellness Spa for the first time on a public holiday (16th Dec). I was really glad to find the spa open for bookings. Tammy assisted me with a hybrid full-set of lashes. She was friendly and professional. I will definitely visit again.

Aqueela is an excellent nail technician. I just felt a little disappointed that the supreme base service wasn't a full mani. Nothing is explained online so I assumed it included the scrub and massage. It's stated to be an hour treatment but was just under 50 min. But service-wise Aqueela is top notch.

I had a lash tech before but booked with Mercy the first time round because my lash tech was fully booked. I have to say these were my best lashes yet! I can’t go back to my old tech now 🥹 Quite pricey hence the 4 stars

The nails were done beautifully but I only received one sticker for our visit when we had 2 treatments done. I feel you should get a sticker for every treatment done. Wasn't very happy about that. Think it's not right. But as I mentioned, nails were beautiful

I had such an effortless experience! It was my first time waxing, and I was quite nervous, but the whole process turned out to be so easy and comfortable. Everything was explained to me step by step, and I really felt cared for throughout — especially considering it was quite a vulnerable area, if you catch my drift! Marycke completely control my monthly treatments with a combination of intense anti-ageing complicated modern procedures and a whole body maintenance spoil with Ntombi"s help. I had a brow threading and a Lash Lift & Tint with Kaneesha. She has magic fingers. She is very gentle and explains very well what she is doing. The salon is also wonderful, with a very calm and soothing atmosphere. Everybody there is great. I highly recommend it to anybody who likes being pampered and appreciates professionalism. This is from now on my go-to beauty salon.
