Hazel is so lovely. Made me feel super comfortable. She is very professional and makes sure you are fully informed all the way through about the process and aftercare. Hazel greeted me with a warm smile putting me at ease straight away. Before she started my back wax she explained everything that she would be doing. The treatment room was spotless and I found Hazel to be very professional in her approach.
