Hazel is so lovely. Made me feel super comfortable. She is very professional and makes sure you are fully informed all the way through about the process and aftercare. Sam is truly outstanding at what she does, very professional, knowledgeable and caring. She makes every session comfortable and takes the time to explain everything clearly.
