If I could give more stars I would! Can’t thank Louise enough for how refreshed she makes me feel by the time I leave after my treatments. I had the Snowberry Candle Massage, Facial and Pink Gin Pedicure (which is a fav) and my skin feels amazing. Already booked in for my next appointments because I’m sick of missing out when she is fully booked.

Louise has restored my eyebrow arches and tinted them so that you can't see the patches I made when I tried using my 'No No' instead of leaving it to the professionals! Thoroughly enjoyed being pampered in the beautifully warm, calming salon, topped off with a lush hot chocolate ..... can't wait for my next visit x

Had the Frangipani massage today. On arrival, Louise talked me through the Covid-19 requirements and the steps she had in place to ensure mine, hers and other clients’ safety. Louise also talked me through what the massage would entail. Louise already knew of my medical history and so she was extra cautious around my needs and the amount of pressure I could withstand. The room itself is decorated beautifully and the aromas are welcoming and relaxing, conducive to the treatment. Throughout the treatment, Louise ensured that I was comfortable. What a treatment and experience. Thank you x

First trip to the salon today and definitely won't be my last. Was greeted by the lovely Lauren, my stylist, upon entry and was immediately shown where to wait and offered refreshments. First time at the salon so very nervous - I went full restyle -colour/cut short. But I had nothing to worry about, was made to feel at home and Gwen worked her magic. Really rare when you only have one hairdresser working on your hair from consultation to finish these days, honestly fabulous. I’ve booked in for my pre Christmas visit already! Thank you Gwen, I love my hair, can’t wait to see what you do next time.
