Absolutely love my results every single time with Bev ✨ From the moment you walk in, she makes you feel completely comfortable and at ease. Her professionalism, knowledge and attention to detail are second to none, and she always knows exactly what will look natural, fresh and flattering. I would never trust anyone else with my Botox. The results are always flawless, subtle and confidence-boosting — I constantly get compliments on how fresh and well I look without anyone ever knowing why! Not only is Bev incredibly talented, she’s also genuinely cares about her clients

Took both my grand daughters for a hair cut today. Lovely salon, very welcoming and friendly staff. Even the girls said it was the best place they'd been for a haircut.

First trip to the salon today and definitely won't be my last. Was greeted by the lovely Lauren, my stylist, upon entry and was immediately shown where to wait and offered refreshments. Throughout my appointment, I was made to feel comfortable and relaxed and I can't praise Lauren enough. She was really friendly, listened to what I wanted and I'm very happy with the result. As somebody who isn’t a regular user of salons I was a little nervous. Bev could not have been more welcoming and knowledgeable. She immediately put me at ease and explained exactly what would happen and why. The result of my treatment was absolutely fantastic and I don’t think my skin has ever looked as glowing!! I would absolutely recommend a trip to Zephyr.

Couldn't be happier!! I've had some widening of my parting for years and a lot of thinning, which has affected me but may not be noticeable to other people. This means I'm too self conscious to go to a typical hairdresser but have been too scared for years to do any sort of topper/wig/anything to hide it. I went in for a topper consultation and got my topper on and cut today. I honestly can not say how much I wish I would have just went earlier. The studio is beautiful and so welcoming and as open or as private as you would like. Anyone hesitating, just go! Rachel was an absolute dream!

Rachael is a true caring professional who has listened to my personal issues and created the ‘perfect’ new system for me. It not only looks beautiful but is easy to maintain and is so comfortable. Rachael uses the best quality hair and chose the exact colours I needed for my skin tone. The combination of an optimal size parting with genius wefts have taken it to the premier league for comfort. Her years of experience as a hairdresser means she is able to do the job personally from start to finish.
