Booked in last minute with Heidi after my usual therapist had to cancel my appointment due to being ill. Heidi did my waxing and a lash lift and I'm so happy with the results, waxing was painless and my lashes are amazing. She was easy to talk to and made me feel relaxed and comfortable. Tammy is my absolute go to when it comes to my treatments! Becky is amazing! I have been to other clinics for waxing and she is by far the most comfortable in terms of both customer service and waxing comfort. Friendly professional and relaxed treatments Heidi is brilliant at what she does , easy to park at venue great value for money.

Alysha was lovely, very calming and considerate. Definitely recommend her for waxing. She talked me through everything and allowed regular breaks. I will definitely be going back. Environment was clean, well equipped and comfortable. Room was a nice temperature and the music was calming which helped me to relax. Today’s appointment was with Alysha for a gel manicure and again I’m very happy with the end result. I cannot recommend Parlour Fourteen enough. Amazing staff, great service and very friendly.
