Booked in last minute with Heidi after my usual therapist had to cancel my appointment due to being ill. Heidi did my waxing and a lash lift and I'm so happy with the results, waxing was painless and my lashes are amazing. She was easy to talk to and made me feel relaxed and comfortable. Tammy is my absolute go to when it comes to my treatments! Becky is amazing! I have been to other clinics for waxing and she is by far the most comfortable in terms of both customer service and waxing comfort. She is really welcoming and always open to offering advice around treatments and aftercare. I recommend her to friends and family and can’t wait to try more treatments with her.

Alysha was lovely, very calming and considerate. Definitely recommend her for waxing. She talked me through everything and allowed regular breaks. I will definitely be going back. Environment was clean, well equipped and comfortable. Room was a nice temperature and the music was calming which helped me to relax. I never have a bad word to say about Parlour Fourteen. I have several services from Parlour Fourteen, from hair to nails to waxing and each time I’m very happy with the outcome. Yet another amazing experience here. Honestly so happy with my hair. I had a balayage and cut done yesterday and Ellen has done the most incredible job with it. She has achieved exactly what I wanted and my hair looks SO healthy - I’ve already had so many compliments! My appointment was late in the afternoon and continued past closing, also had issues with childcare initially so my son had to come along for the first hour but I didn’t feel rushed or like it was an issue at all. I very rarely spend time or money on myself but I feel amazing and I’m so grateful ☺️
