Hands down the best waxing specialist in Leeds. After a horrible experience elsewhere Vicky really took time to make me feel comfortable during my intimate waxing. Being pregnant, I was a bit anxious beforehand, but she made me feel completely at ease and comfortable the entire time. She was very understanding and took extra care to ensure I was relaxed. Viktoriya made my 1st sugaring session as stress free as possible. She talked me through every step and did everything possible to ease my nerves. After having a bad experience with intimate waxing 6 months ago I was very nervous but not anymore. The staff at Hera are incredibly friendly, and Foz is absolutely wonderful so sweet, caring, and knowledgeable. I’ve been getting my laser hair removal done here, and Foz always makes me feel comfortable and at ease. She listens carefully and works very safely and professionally. I couldn’t recommend her and the team at Hera enough!!
