this was my first time doing IPL treatment and Caz was so wonderful from start to end. she is very thorough with everything and makes sure I am always comfortable and prepared. Caz is also lovely to talk to so I have never had a bad experience over the past year and a half.

I was recommended to her and I can absolutely see why. She took extra care around my C-section scar when I told her I was nervous, and she made me feel completely at ease. I recently had an appointment for male waxing and I must say it was a positive experience. Dewi was professional and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire process.
