I had an amazing experience with Gemma! She was incredibly professional and took the time to listen to my needs regarding my body. She tailored the massage treatment perfectly to address my concerns, and I could feel the care and attention she put into it. I left feeling completely relaxed and rejuvenated. Great experience. It was my first time visiting Arivon and I will now not be going anywhere else for my waxing. Danielle was amazing, so professional and really lovely. The ladies in the salon had experienced a really difficult client just before I had arrived to my appointment which then set them back from their schedule and as a result I was seen to later than my original time for my appointment. Nian was very apologetic for the delay and handled the situation like a pro. Although all of the team had been set back due to this difficult client they remained professional level-headed and calm. Nian managed the team well and lead the team successfully to catch up on the time they had lost due to the difficult client. Go team Nails & the city!

I can confidently tell you this is the safest place to get a waxing done in Birmingham. Don’t take your body elsewhere because there is simply no better place. Minimal pain unlike any I’ve ever had!

Yor care was second yo none. You listened to my needs and took care of my body. I would like more ankles and feet to be included in the full body. But, that takes nothing away from the I felt coming in and how my body, especially my shoulders felt after. Thank you so much for a most wonderful experience.
