The ladies in the salon had experienced a really difficult client just before I had arrived to my appointment which then set them back from their schedule and as a result I was seen to later than my original time for my appointment. Nian was very apologetic for the delay and handled the situation like a pro. Although all of the team had been set back due to this difficult client they remained professional level-headed and calm. Nian managed the team well and lead the team successfully to catch up on the time they had lost due to the difficult client. Go team Nails & the city!

I came in for a blow-dry the added brow shaping and couldn’t be happier with the results. My hair looked sleek and full of volume, and my brows were shaped beautifully natural but defined. The staff were kind, professional, and made me feel really comfortable. Highly recommend!

I recently booked a haircut, wash, dry, and blow-dry along with a HydraFacial for my wife. She was extremely satisfied with the service provided by Neelam, who was both professional and attentive throughout. The staff were very welcoming and created a pleasant atmosphere from start to finish. Although we travelled from Shrewsbury, it was absolutely worth the drive to Birmingham. Highly recommended for their excellent service and warm hospitality.
