I had such a calm and comfortable experience from start to finish. Gemma explained everything to me & reassured me. The space was clean, comfortable and welcoming. Gemma is very knowledgeable which helped me feel relaxed. The treatment itself was no where near as painful as I thought it would be. Gemma explained aftercare in person as well as all the information that was shared via email. I will 100% be back & would definitely recommend.

As someone who doesn't "do" beauty treatments, I always feel a bit on edge when I do! Nikita was lovely and really put me at easy.
