I have been going to Charlie for years and she is simply the best. Charlie is really friendly, welcoming and professional. It’s truly a lovely environment to have waxing, spray tanning, botox etc.

Best waxing experience I’ve ever had! The lovely lady was so warm and welcoming, I felt at ease straight away. She kept me comfortable throughout the treatment and kept checking to see if I was ok which I really appreciated. The whole experience felt like I was getting waxed by motherly friend. Galina is very friendly and professional. I had a great pedicure - felt like I was walking on air when I left and Galina gave me some advice to help with damaged nails. I also had eyebrows waxed and tinted and they look great. Very comfortable room and relaxing experience.

I was overwhelmed with the idea of not having a lady that had experience to with my skin type and conditions but she was very informed and educated on what would be best for my skin! I would definitely recommend Charlie for beauty treatments. I’ve gone to her for all my waxing for a few years and she’s always very gentle, making sure to get every hair. In the run up to my wedding, I’ve now also seen her for brows, lashes and spray tans and she’s done an excellent job with these too. Charlie is always so friendly and kind!
