I’ve been going to kiara for my lashes for a few years now. I also have my nails done by her and have had micro blading, waxing and an amazing facial too! Kiara is very professional, gives great advice on the perfect treatments for you and always makes you feel relaxed and welcomed. Her attention to detail is fantastic. I booked on for two treatments, sugar waxing of bikini area and express lashes. It was my first time getting a sugar wax and I have to say DIOR was fantastic! She spoke me through the whole thing and made feel totally comfortable! I am so pleased with the result and booked in for 6 weeks time to maintain. She really took care ensuring my skin in the area was treated after my wax! My lashes came out so nice, I am skeptical with lashes after not great results in the past, as my are long but sparse and she did a great job at filling them in! All said I am very pleased!

Ameira was absolutely amazing! Upon leaving I told her that I would see her in 4 weeks, as in she is my new wax lady. I had to look for a new one, after I found out that my last one double dips does not. I was watching her the whole time 🙊🤫 Ameira was very patient with me. I was sweating so much that it took a lot of extra time to finish. She is very knowledgeable and amiable. It was my least painful wax yet and I have a low pain threshold with thick hair. She isn't stingy with a bikini wax and does the creases too. Some people have no logic and don't unless you pay extra. Her prices 👌🏿

This was my first time getting my bikini area sugar waxed and in terms of pain for me it was a 3-4/10 it's more shock than pain that lasts a few seconds. Overall my experience was incredible my nerves were calmed by Dior immediately with her friendly aura made the process so much easier and she was quick and checked in constantly if I was ok at every step. Will be booking again 🩷

I would definitely recommend Charlie for beauty treatments. I’ve gone to her for all my waxing for a few years and she’s always very gentle, making sure to get every hair. In the run up to my wedding, I’ve now also seen her for brows, lashes and spray tans and she’s done an excellent job with these too. Charlie is always so friendly and kind!

I was overwhelmed with the idea of not having a lady that had experience to with my skin type and conditions but she was very informed and educated on what would be best for my skin! Best waxing experience I’ve ever had! The lovely lady was so warm and welcoming, I felt at ease straight away. She kept me comfortable throughout the treatment and kept checking to see if I was ok which I really appreciated. The whole experience felt like I was getting waxed by motherly friend.
