Nice time with Grace in The Angel lounge for a facial , eyebrow wax and tint. Calming environment and pleasent conversation. Grace explained about the different steps during the facial. Fully relaxed and refreshed after my visit. Highly recommended.

Hazel was brilliant. I was at ease almost instantly. The wax was as comfortable as it could have been and she’s done a really great job. The location is really convenient with parking just outside.

Hazel was absolutely amazing. It was my first time getting a Hollywood wax and she made the entire process so easy and calming. Not once did I feel any burning or pain. It honestly is just a little sting for 10 seconds and it’s over. We had a lovely chat throughout the entire session which made it so much better as it was like a little distraction to what actually going. She’s super professional and knows what she’s talking about. Will be recommending to my friends and family!!

Hazel is so lovely, makes you feel super relaxed. Anyone who is nervous because you’ve never had an intimate wax before, please put your trust in Hazel, you really won’t regret it. Hazel is very thorough when going through aftercare and constantly checks in with you to make sure you are ok. Cannot fault her! X

It's been a long time since I've had such painless bikini waxes. It can be hard to find someone so good and Jane is the best. She clearly knows what she's talking about with the science of the service as well as her extensive experience, which results in a painless wax with next to no ingrown hairs. She's also really great to talk to, which makes the service is very relaxing rather than awkward or rushed like in some salons. I would highly recommend her to anyone.

My second visit with Naomi,she did Korean Facial and it is out of words to describe it:) From cleansing,exfoliate and moisturising my face .The face,head and shoulder massage is unbelievable. Yet again I had a wonderful specialty facial from the beautiful Naomi , she is so talented and she makes you feel so relaxed while giving you an amazing facial that leaves you feeling so fresh and clean and your face is glowing. I had my very first waxing appointment with Gemma today, I was a bit nervous walking in since it was all new to me, but she instantly made me feel comfortable. Gemma is friendly, funny, and very down to earth. I ended up laughing and chatting the whole time instead of stressing about it. The salon itself is gorgeous and has such a welcoming vibe, with plenty of great services that I’ll definitely be trying in the future. Great, the service is as good as my first . This is my 6 visit doing a course of facial treatments . I must admit I was not convince I would get the results that I was looking at first, but jane was reasuring I needed patience. And so after my sixth treatments I now see the benefit. Good job
