Sophie got me holiday ready - waxing and gel toes. Even managed to do gel nails whilst I was having my hair coloured, so flexible and accommodating but more importantly the treatments are to a very high standard.

EXCELLENT!! Came to the Jesmond Chain for the first time to get a sunkissed balayage and loved the whole experience! Sylvie was an amazing stylist and coloured my hair beautifully, very attentive throughout! As a newbie to hair colouring, would 100% recommend Sylvie to anyone wanting to come to the Boilerhouse. The salon is beautiful, I love the interiors and whole vibe! Thank you so much, in love with my new hair!!!

Very relaxing waxing experience

Kerry is absolutely lovely. Can't fault her and my waxing is always done perfectly. Wouldn't go anywhere else now.

I have been going to Toni for my beauty treatments for many years. She’s the best brow person I’ve gone to. I’ve had them done all over the country and Toni is the best at getting the right shape and colour that lasts. Her waxing is great. I always feel confident with Toni and she makes you feel very relaxed. My nails always look lovely and I love the way Toni is multi skilled so you can get everything done in one visit. She is such a lovely person and has also got a great sense of humour as we have a good giggle when I visit. She’s smart about her prices too! Reasonable. She’s fab!

Sophie makes you feel relaxed from the get-go! Sophie is very knowledgeable with years of experience. I’ve already had a spray tan and a full body massage - both highly recommended. With a manicure and a waxing treatment already booked in - I’m looking forward to further sessions! Sophie is a little gem in Forest Hall!
