Rachel was so lovely at my first waxing appointment and made me feel so at ease! She is very bubbly and chatty which makes the experience so much more bearable and go a lot faster. She was very quick and efficient with the waxing and it was a lot less painful than I thought it would be. Sophie makes you feel relaxed from the get-go! Sophie is very knowledgeable with years of experience. I’ve already had a spray tan and a full body massage - both highly recommended. With a manicure and a waxing treatment already booked in - I’m looking forward to further sessions! Sophie is a little gem in Forest Hall!

The attention to detail provided for each service is beyond great. You almost feel like a part of a KLR family. I would recommend to anyone looking for nail, waxing (Hollywood), eyelashes etc to try KLR

Would not go anywhere else for nails, waxing or lashes!!!
