I had never had a facial before so didn't know what to expect but the whole experience was so relaxing. I felt so held and cared for - Sasha paid so much attention to every part of my face and the facial massage made me relax muscles I didn't know I had. My experience at TBH has always been a positive one! The girls are so down to earth and welcoming, and never short of having a giggle with their customers - “beauty besties” is how I’d describe them! They’re online booking system is brilliant and rescheduling an appointment is just as simple! I also feel their booking terms are fair! Ive been for my lashes and tan and never had an issue, hoping to start my waxing and facial journeys with them in the not too distant future too! x
