Katie is absolutely lovely and instantly makes you feel relaxed and comfortable. The waxing was quick and as painless as possible, and the results are perfect! The massage afterwards was the cherry on top. Honestly, the best I’ve ever had. I’ll definitely be coming back regularly. I’ve been going to Chantelle for 2 years now and I’ve never once had a bad time. Chantelle is calm and friendly, her beauty room is clean and fresh. Poppy is amazing! I would highly recommend her! This was my second appointment with Poppy. First was a back,neck & shoulder massage which was just perfect. Very relaxing anad exactly what I needed. Then today was waxing which was very well done and Poppy is very professional and friendly. She made me feel very comfortable. I look forward to my next appointment 😊

I have had some great massages at some really nice venues but this was by far one of the best. From being greeted at the gate to the tea at the end, the whole experience was unbelievable. During my visit, therapist Mae's technical abilities and personable demeanor left me completely relaxed. The establishment's tranquil and serene ambiance enables full indulgence in self-care. The Hampton Spa team epitomizes excellence in service delivery. I unequivocally recommend it for a top-notch spa experience. My visit was an absolute pleasure, and I am eager to return soon.
