Samantha is the owner of Sugr Sugr. I visited her today at the Merivale location for a full Brazilian sugar wax, and she was great. My first visit was a great experience, but it was my first time, so it did hurt a bit. However, I had an acceptable pain tolerance during the service. With the mask on afterward, it had a cooling sensation, which felt nice. She is nice, kind, and caring towards her clients (e.g., asking me if I am doing okay during and after the service). I will come back to see her for her waxing or sugar services at either this location or her Westboro location.

My experience with Trulyglowskin was by far the best waxing experience I have ever had! Ingrid is an aspiring young business owner…She is very professional and clean in the work she does. She is also certified and knows exactly what she is doing. She makes you feel very comfortable and relaxed. Ingrid also makes and sells her own body scrub which smells heavenly! Trulyglowskin is the only place I am going to for waxing from now on and I recommend everyone to schedule an appointment with Ingrid, especially if it is your first time getting waxed. It's difficult to imagine someone being better at waxing a hooha than Sharmi. I was completely happy with the results, but was even more appreciative of what a safe and comfortable experience she created. There's even snacks!
