Sugar Beauty never ever disappoints! Top tier service, I always get my lashes, armpits and eyebrows waxed by them and let me tell you, the relaxation, the service, atmosphere, customer friendly is 10/10.. they are the best beauty bar in the entire Ottawa GTA. I went in for a birthday Mani Pedi, and a bit of a nail repair, Linh made my appointment so special, truly an amazing experience. Linh even surprised me at the end with a lil gift, i don't believe there's another nail salon on Ottawa with better service or staff then High Definition Spa.

booked a facial with Aster Facial Studio and my skin has never looked or felt better. From start to finish, the entire treatment was tailored perfectly to my skin's needs. Iryna was incredibly knowledgeable, explaining each step and using high-quality products that left my face feeling deeply hydrated and radiant. The immediate glow is amazing, and I’ve already noticed a lasting improvement in my skin texture. I will definitely be back and highly recommend.

Had my entire upper torso waxed. Briar made the experience bearable. Briar is efficient, thorough and quick. She also has a very nice and sunny disposition. I would very much recommend for anyone that is considering getting waxed. Thanks, Briar. I will be back.

The best nail salon in Ottawa. Literally, every single technician working there knows what there are doing and are extremely skilled and professional. I’ve been getting back to back acrylic sets from them, and they have never dissapointer. Much love to the whole team :)

I love these chicks! Squeezed me in end of day for a fix that I needed. The decided they could fit in the whole full on my gels. Tiffany who was doing the fills took them all off cause they needed it, and took her time and care on a beautiful fresh new set WITH designs for the holidays, despite running well after closing time. They are just the best. I always tell people, best in Ottawa, but yesterday was above and beyond.

The best wax I’ve ever gotten!!! She is highly educated, professional, and knowledgable. It’s very evident that she loves this industry. Barely felt any pain. Her studio is to die for; super comforting, and elegant,!! You can tell she put a lot of love into the design and decor; every element has a meaning. When I went for my waxing appointment I was nicely greeted when I came in. The big room is bright and clean and mainly there is not a bad strong smell of nail polish! The small room where I received my service was very clean and comfortable. Lily was professional, respectful, agreeable and very pleasant. She made sure that I was comfortable during the service. Indeed a very positive experience. I will definitely go back and try other services offered at that location.

Briar is amazing! I normally go to her for facials, but tried an underarm wax and brow wax with her. She paid so much attention to how I wanted my brows and advised me on what she was doing at all times.

This has become my go-to place since moving to Ottawa! The space is gorgeous and they do a fantastic job. I always go for the shellac manicure. Suzanne is an incredible nail artist who does amazing work, and all of the staff are so nice. I would highly recommend High Definition Nails an Spa!
