This was my first time ever getting a wax! Needless to say, I was initially nervous about what to expect. Amarai was so nice! She really tried to distract me from the pain of waxing. I loved the patience and the time that was taken to get to know likes and dislikes, that was refreshing. The spa was beautiful, comfortable and clean i liked that, I even fell asleep during my chin and brow waxing, now who does that during a waxing, that only shows how good Al is that one can sleep while hair is being ripped from ones face. Excellent

I took a chance on Black Phoenix (I saw them on Instagram) and they did not disappoint. Tammy was gentle, knowledgeable and engaging. I will definitely recommend her to family and friends.

My experience just keeps getting better with every visit. Now that I have learned that the scrub makes the waxing experience less painful I will be sure to use it properly and regularly in the future. It's worth it all!! Would recommend to others 20/10.
