Lovely owner. Great service. I am a tourist over from the UK so was nervous about getting a wax from someone other than my regular one. I walked to the salon from Carlisle Bay but recommend getting a bus or taxi if you don’t like walking. Owner sent directions before apt with detailed instructions. Got a very warm welcome and she even cut my partners hair whilst he waited and put on paw patrol for my daughter. Wax was the exact same as back home. They listened to what my normal service was like and replicated it.

This is not my first time at Signature Spa. From my first experience I was hooked and will remain a regular customer. Ebony continues to perform a great service flawlessly, from start to finish making her client feel so comfortable and at ease when she does her magic 😊. I won’t trade her for anyone else. My first time having Zoe wax my eyebrows and I must say I was impressed. She was mannerly, friendly, and very pleasant throughout the process. You are doing well, keep up the good work and Thank you. This wasn't my first time getting a Brazilian wax but I didn't get it done from island serenity,got it done somewhere else and I didn't had a great experience. But when I tell you Kim talk me through everything and it was quick. Kim and her assistant really made me feel comfortable. Great service and I will definitely be back. And will recommend anyone who is thinking about getting wax but not sure try island serenity you wouldn't be disappointed.

Always have a great experience @waxology.bds. Usually get the basic hair removal service, however, this time I added a vajacial to the package and it was spectacular. Very relaxing and had the kitty extra smooth.

Great massage the hot wax on the feet was a plus😌👍🏽

Natasha started my service on time, was pleasant, the spa was clean and well put together and most of all my manicure and wax were well done. Will definitely visit again.

It was a surprise to say the least...I've never had the sugaring and so I really didn't know what to expect...so with only my experience with eyebrow waxing...it was really nothing to be compared.
