It's always a pleasure coming to Identity of Broughty Ferry for a treatment. I always leave feeling relaxed and good about myself even when I go in for something like a wax! Joanna and her team are lovely, I'd definitely recommend coming for anything. :)

I have just moved after being at another so called " top" salon in the Ferry and so glad I moved. Its the best and most thorough wax I have had in a very long time, no missed patches as was a regular occurance at my previous salon and having to go home and tidy up. Very gentle healing music in background rather than a variety of piped pop music which wasn't always my taste. Tuned in staff, I had a coughing fit whilst I waited and was immediately brought a glass of water. No being led through a tipping point in the pay machine. I tipped because I wanted to not because I felt I was obliged too.

This was my first time ever being waxed, I was given information on what to do before my appointment. When I was getting waxed I was made to feel really comfortable and I was also given aftercare information. Will be booking in again. Great customer service and great value. Would highly recommend.

Warm, friendly welcome as always and my eyebrow wax and tint was exactly how I wanted it.

Eyebrow wax and tint and eyelash tint. My first time here and Marcella was lovely. Made me feel very relaxed and comfortable. She was very competent and gentle and was very knowledgeable about her craft. She gave me some good tips too regarding my brows. I will definitely be returning on a regular basis as I enjoyed my time there and the prices are reasonable.
