Gem is a very professional multitalented beautician. Most beauticians don’t do waxing or other therapies, whereas she covers all sorts of things in a professional manner such as intimate waxing, eyebrows, manicures and pedicures, massage, etc. I wouldn’t go anywhere else, she’s totally the best and she’s also a lovely person and such fun to talk to. I found the transition of transfer to new management successfully seamless. Happily continuing with Angela and Suzanne. Today I met Devon for an eyelash lift.
