I was a total stranger to laser before 2022 but it was clear from the beginning that Hayley knows her stuff; she runs a consultation before treatments begin to test the effect on your skin, allowing you to ask anything you're unsure of & explaining the process in full. You will be well looked after at Hayley Aesthetics & the results of the laser itself are out of this world. I've only had to shave once between each treatment (& that's because it's what is advised pre laser session!) as hair no longer grows, which is a dream - could not recommend enough :)

After a poor laser experience elsewhere, I was hesitant to try again. From the experience of my consultation to my first session, I knew I was in good hands. Sophia was professional, honest, and made me feel so comfortable throughout. She explained everything clearly, answered all my questions, and did everything to make the treatment as pain free as possible. Firstly had a consultation to see what the best procedure would be for me. Attended my appointment this evening, I felt so relaxed with the professionalism & knowledge regarding my procedures. I’ve just had my 2nd appointment and I can not recommend Hayley and her team enough. If you are considering laser you have nothing to worry about. I had a wobble to start with and Hayley talked me through everything and reassured me. This is truly life changing.
