She is extremely professional. I am used to have waxing, and almost all of previous times I had a lot of pain (also very sensitive) and she did her magic that the pain was normal, and afterwards she used a product that made the skin it very smooth. Ola was fantastic. I had a Hollywood/Brazilian wax done, it don’t hurt so that was good. I also got a full facial treatment and ola was just fantastic because she looked at your skin and the told you what she was going to do and my face fills really smoothly and bump free. Thank you ola

Gloria is fantastic. I have been seeing her prior to covid. She is an amazing therapist. She is amazing at hot waxing. It's not painful at all. She also does a great manicure and pedicure.
