She is extremely professional. I am used to have waxing, and almost all of previous times I had a lot of pain (also very sensitive) and she did her magic that the pain was normal, and afterwards she used a product that made the skin it very smooth. Gloria is fantastic. I have been seeing her prior to covid. She is an amazing therapist. She is amazing at hot waxing. It's not painful at all. She also does a great manicure and pedicure. I can't recommend her more. I love going there as they are all friendly and are happy for my son to come along too.
