I was having my extensions done somewhere else and the service I was receiving wasn't great, so I started looking for someone new. That's when I came across Kirsty, she's so passionate about what she does and that shows in the service she provides. She doesn't want you to leave her chair unless you're 100% happy. We have a great chat and a laugh and it's just so lovely to have found her! I recommended my sister to her and she's over the moon too. It's a lovely relaxed vibe and I look forward to going back each time. So glad I found her!

Olya is Absolutely fantastic always putting me at ease with each treatment the results are perfect she’s also amazing as I take my baby with me who she’s brilliant with and she always makes room for my pram so I can get in and out easily. Had 3 packets of beauty works tapes fitted today and Im so incredibly grateful for kirsty and her talents! I feel amazing, my hair looks incredible! As always fabulous time with skye. Had my monthly facial which leaves my skin feeling great and is so relaxing after a hard day at work. I'm also working my way through various tummy toning treatments so had the hifu tummy tuck. Had this twice now and combined with the other treatments and diet and exercise definitely seeing the benefits and clothes fit much better. Only moved to trowbridge last year but definitely found my go to beauty treatment person for a long time to come x

Kirsty washed and styled a promotion up-do for us. We can't recommend her highly enough. She achieved even better than the picture we took in and we were so pleased. Calm, clean salon and Kirsty is smiley, down to earth and professional.

It’s my 3rd visit in Serenity with Skye and I can’t recommend her enough, she’s an angel for me as I’ve been longing for non invasive procedure for so long and there’s nothing I’ve seen around Trowbridge that doesn’t cost you an arm and a leg, so yeah I can’t stop coming for more 😁 xx
