It was my first visit and Halina was fantastic! She was so welcoming and fully talked me through the treatment and how it works. She was really patient and was happy and accomodating when I asked for some 'tweaking' on the shape of the brows, didn't feel rushed at all. Will definitely be going back.

Honestly, Harlena is so professional and such a powerhouse of knowledge. I just love how at ease I always feels during treatments. She talks you through everything so you feel really informed & is honest in her recommendations so that you really feel you understand & can make an informed decision. Becky obviously knows what she’s doing. Trowbridge is very fortunate to have her and facility to hand. Knowledgeable and extremely kind I would hesitate to recommend her for Aesthetic Medical procedures.

After my first Hydro treatment my skin was transformed, so much so my flatmate booked herself in straight away… There’s no pressure to buy products or book further treatments, she doesn’t need to as her facials are so brilliant you’ll be desperate to get booked in for another treatment….
