The gentleman who has helped my 88 year old mother, was extremely skillful, patient, and understanding. He made conversation, which is nice, not just with my mother but with me and my wife. He certainly knows what he's doing. My mother was suffering from extremely painful shooting pain down her leg and after 5 sessions, my mum feels great, walks very well and faster, standing up more straight and feels no pain. Couldn't ask for a better result. Thanks

Anna was lovely, put my nervous mind to rest and explained everything and showed me every step of the way what she was doing and how my brows would look. Checked in with me throughout the procedure to make sure I was happy and it wasn't hurting. I loved the finished look and came home feeling very happy.
