100/10 — what an unforgettable experience! Everything about this head spa was calming, peaceful, and incredibly relaxing. The space itself is stylish and inviting, and the staff were warm, friendly, and so welcoming. Gabriela delivered an exceptional massage...I have never had the chance to do something like this, and it was something I would do over and over again. This experience was absolutely worth it, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking to unwind, relax and enjoy a day with your girls!

Chelsie was amazing! I booked a 1.5-hour massage, and it was exactly what I needed. She was professional, attentive, and made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire session. I had a wonderful experience with Des at Nails w/Finesse it was a relaxing steam-pedicure and I really loved how everything came out. I went with the polygel overlay on my natural nails, and will be back again soon cannot rave about this amazing shop enough! So glad to have a nail technician that loves her work and also does a great job💗

Absolutely amazing experience! I just had a back facial and I’m beyond impressed with the results. My skin feels so smooth, refreshed, and deeply cleansed. The entire treatment was relaxing from start to finish, and the attention to detail was incredible. The staff was professional, welcoming, and made me feel completely comfortable throughout the service. You can tell they truly care about their clients and the quality of their work. This was my first time trying a head-spa and I brought my bestie. We had a great relaxing experience! From the warming bed, to the salt lamp, and water ripple lighting. Our ladies were great and my hair smells wonderful too!

Katie is phenomenal. She provided me with a lymphatic drainage massage it was very relaxing and extremely helpful. this is truly the most peaceful and relaxing environment that you may find in Tampa.

I love Serendipity Spa, It’s not only relaxing and inviting but the staff are well educated with their abilities when giving you a treatment. The Grand Beauty Spa honestly made our time the most amazing ever! They were so detailed and attentive, making sure our party (which was a big one) had everything we needed to enjoy our relaxing day. From organizing the schedules to providing amazing therapists and hair specialists, this place is short of nothing! The amenities are well kept, and they make sure that any inconvenience is taken care of in a timely manner. They took care of all 10 of us and did so amazingly.
