This was my first time ever waxing anything but my eyebrows. I was warned by everybody that gets waxed regularly that the first time is the worst. Madison was honest about what to expect, she was SO sweet and SO friendly and SO quick. I can't imagine going through a wax session with someone that doesn't make you feel comfortable. I'll never touch a razor ever again, and I'll definitely be going back routinely.

After my first appointment I knew this would be my permanent waxing spot. Adelina was sooooooo friendly, understanding and thorough! I was quite late to my appointment but she was able to squeeze me in still AND still be on time for her next client but did such an excellent job on me. Before her I had tried 4 different waxers but none of them were good compared to Adelina. I live in St. Petersburg but she’s really worth the drive for me!

The Grand Beauty Spa honestly made our time the most amazing ever! They were so detailed and attentive, making sure our party (which was a big one) had everything we needed to enjoy our relaxing day. From organizing the schedules to providing amazing therapists and hair specialists, this place is short of nothing! The amenities are well kept, and they make sure that any inconvenience is taken care of in a timely manner. They took care of all 10 of us and did so amazingly. I honestly can’t wait to be back in Tampa to visit this place again! ❤️ BIG THANK YOU!!!!!

It was my first time at the beautiful Grand Beauty Spa. I had a scheduled appointment with Maria, who I had the good fortune of meeting in Jacksonville, Florida, when she did my hair. I was so impressed that I make it a point to travel to Tampa, Florida, just so that Maria can do my hair. Not only was I blown away again by Maria and her gifted talent, but I was blown away by this amazing place, called the "Grand Beauty Spa." It was like no other Spa/salon I've seen. I've been getting my legs waxed for over 40 years in 4 different states. Lina was the best. She did my legs, underarms and bikini area in 40 minutes, and I she didn't miss a hair! I got home and put my glasses on and, I'm telling you, I she got them all. My new Bay area go to for sure!!!

I have been to many chains for waxing and I always feel the service is rushed and hair is missed. Here I have ALWAYS felt so comfortable, the pace is always smooth and I leave completely hairless. Candice🌻 is amazing!!! She does a phenomenal job doing my Brazilian with a jelly mask every month! It’s honestly become pretty much painless! She professional, friendly, quick and thorough! I would recommend her to everyone. She has made my waxing experience way better than the horrors I had experienced at other waxing studios! So thankful I gave Mad Wax a try about a year ago now and I haven’t skipped a month since. 💖🌸
