Carolyn is an amazing massage therapist. I've always walked away from our time together feeling refreshed, relaxed, and overall in far better shape than when I walked in. She listens to where I am currently at and does a great job addressing that as well as giving me helpful information for in between our sessions. I really need a self-care day before my wedding and I had the BEST time at Sapa! I heard about it from some local Denver influencers and it blew my expectations out of the water. I did the Spa Day package (3 hours), which included the infrared sauna, foot bath, red dao herbal bath and time in the himalayan salt room. I went on a Wednesday at noon and was the only person in there. It was so relaxing and calming that I almost fell asleep in the herbal bath and I definitely feel asleep in the himalayan salt room lol. I slept like a baby that night. Thanks Thang and Ryan for an amazing experience!

I was so honored to be able to experience the Red Dao Detox Bath Ritual at Sapa Spa in Denver. The bath was hot and soothed my sore muscles from the previous days hike and 2,000" of elevation gain. I started sweating almost immediately after submerging up tp my shoulders. After about 12-15 minutes into my 30 minute soak I was fully relaxed and had slipped into a trance-like meditative state. It was very hot and very nurturing. I'll be visiting Sapa again to partake in this deeply nourishing ritual bath.

I was so relaxed during and after the massage. Carolyn worked on my neck and shoulders ( I didn't realize I had that much tension. I had a wonderful mani/pedi experience with Thang! The spa itself is incredibly relaxing—calm atmosphere, fresh scent, and plenty of natural light that makes it feel peaceful from the moment you walk in. Thang’s work is outstanding—quick, detail-oriented, and truly impeccable. You can tell she takes pride in her craft. I’ll definitely be coming back! Plus that is locally owned and operated.

My boyfriend and I did a spa day at Sapa and I can’t recommend it enough! We left feeling refreshed, relaxed, and pampered by the staff. They went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable.

This is a clean modern spa. I thoroughly enjoyed my treatments and will go again very soon! I had the lymphatic massage followed by a sauna and then the foot bath. It was amazing!!

By far, one of the best self-care spa experiences I’ve ever had! I can’t wait to try all the different options that Sapa Spa and Wellness provides! The ambiance is relaxing, the service is great. Absolutely love the Red Dao herbal bath. It is also set up so if you want to go with a friend or friends, you can still communicate while in your own personal/private room. Can’t recommend enough!

One thing you can count on at Sapa, is their consistent level of service, and the facilities cleanliness. I did a spa day with my sister, for my fourth visit. Can't wait till the fifth.

Her pedicures are just divine — she is gentle but precise. She’s cheerful and working hard to make a beautiful spa available to all of us! I highly recommend Thang for all of her spa skills — she is very knowledgeable about herbal baths, foot soaking, and so much more! And her prices are very reasonable. Definitely check out Sapa Spa!
