Carolyn is an amazing massage therapist. I've always walked away from our time together feeling refreshed, relaxed, and overall in far better shape than when I walked in. She listens to where I am currently at and does a great job addressing that as well as giving me helpful information for in between our sessions. I was so relaxed during and after the massage. Carolyn worked on my neck and shoulders ( I didn't realize I had that much tension. Carolyn is the best massage therapist she listens to what your concerns are. She always focuses on the problem areas then she makes you feel so comfortable and relaxed. My low back was spasming when I got there when I got off the table my back felt so much better. She’s amazing thank you again and I can’t wait for my next massage.

Carolyn holds a beautiful, compassionate space and moves only with consent. I’m a chiropractor and spend a lot of time around people in pain. I love my job, and it’s hard. I’m also a very active person. All and all my body requires a lot of love and attention, and is very specific about who it allows in. It was very easy to relax around Carolyn. She moves kindly and softly while still working the tissue. She worked on my gluts and shoulders which are two areas that take a lot input (cycling, squating, and overhead press). I highly recommend her for regular self care.

Carolyn was wonderful! I love how consultative she is both at the beginning and the end of the session. The massage was fantastic and I love that she uses multiple tools like cupping and hot stones to help you achieve the results that you're after. I will definitely be back!
