I recently had the most relaxing Indian head ritual by the lovely Laura. It started with a beautiful back neck and shoulder massage, followed by a gorgeous face and scalp massage. I left feeling totally relaxed following a very busy morning. It was devine and I would totally recommend this treatment from Laura at Soothe and Glow. Thank you! ❤️

maddi was great, i went for a pregnancy massage she explained things she couldn’t and could do that were safe definitely helping me feel reassured. i was comfortable and relaxed the whole time and left feeling completely refreshed. i will definitely be back for other treatments after my baby is born, thank you x

I had an incredible experience at Ruen Thai Spa on Sunday! The ambiance was nice, and the staff was warm and welcoming. Only one think I need to mention : You need relaxing music inside the room ! Massage was nothing short of amazing; the therapist skillfully relieved my tension and made me feel truly relaxed. I left feeling rejuvenated! I highly recommend Ruen Thai Spa for anyone seeking a blissful escape.

I recently had a deep tissue massage with Methi and it was absolutely fantastic! I've been having a lot of tension in my neck and shoulders, and he really listened to my concerns and focused on those areas. The pressure was perfect, and I felt so much relief afterward. He also gave me some great tips for stretches I can do at home. The atmosphere was relaxing, and Methi was very professional and friendly. I highly recommend Methi and Ruen Thai Spa for anyone looking for a great massage! I will definitely be back for another massage soon.

My first time at Maddi's and I must say what a pleasent surprise from someone so young. The service was excellent, everything was explained before hand. Laura goes above and beyond to make every treatment special and I always leave feeling refreshed, confident and lovely. She is incredibly talented at what she does and honestly works magic. Maddi is always lovely and welcoming on arrival for an appointment. Maddi explains the procedure, how long the session will be and gives you after care advice too. Maddi looks after your wellbeing whilst in her salon for your appointment. She mostly runs to timescale. We have now got a goal in place for the end of May which Maddi is in agreement with and I'm pleased about it also. I feel better in myself when I leave the salon. Maddi is chatty throughout the session but she is quiet if you ask her to be if you wish to relax in the session and collect your thoughts.

Nicky was great, I have issues with my lower back and she picked up that straight away. It was a fantastic combination of pain and relaxation as she got all my knots out and left me feeling relaxed and ready to go. Can’t wait to book again I was apprehensive about booking online after a google search but was so pleased I did.

I can honestly say I’ve never felt so at ease rested and just in my own head at peace from the moment you arrive your greeted at the door , made to feel welcome not rushed smells Devine, my body massage was the best I’ve had 24 hours later I’m still relaxed my aches and pains from stress have gone I also had the facial it was truly lovely I can’t recommend enough I now go once a month as a treat to myself my skin is 100% glowing on my face Thank you for a first class treatment and experience I’ll see you in may xxx

Lovely garden salon. Had a hot stone massage and Thai foot massage. Both were amazing and i left feeling very relaxed.

I had Biab nails done by Laura. They look amazing! Laura is so friendly and her salon is very relaxing. I certainly would recommend Laura. Soothe and Glow is now my new Beauty Salon!
