A couple of days after my visit to the centre, I couldn’t resist to book again, and I’ll do so once back to London! Iwona is just amazing 🫶🏻 The best experience ever! It’s just above the perfection! Anyone can easily sleep between her lovely hands, but I had to resist to enjoy that magical moment! I felt completely relaxed, she took me to the sky and put me on the cloud! Had a really great experience here in London. The massage was professional, relaxing, and exactly what I needed. The staff were welcoming, the atmosphere was calm and clean, and the therapist paid attention to the areas that needed the most work. I left feeling much lighter and refreshed afterwards. I booked an appointment with Izzy on the train down to London after reading reviews of various salons. The booking process was easy and luckily there was an appointment left. Izzy contacted me to ensure I knew where I was going. She sorted out my stubby nails gently and beautifully. I'm delighted. Highly recommend.

I am in love with my hair!!!! The team are all so knowledgable and personable. I’ve been worried about hair fall and breakage since moving to london and having hard water, but they are so good! They recommended how I should be looking after my hair and were able to tell me what I needed to do to get my hair healthy and blonde at the same time. The best balayage i’ve had in london - I travel an hour for this!

Monika has been treating my facial thread veins for the last few months and she’s also removed some cherry angiomas that had been bothering me. The treatment is going well and I am following all the advice she has given me. Even though there can be slight discomfort with the treatment I’m having, it’s always relaxing being in her treatment room with a comfy bed and spa music on the go. She is extremely competent and takes time to explain what she is doing, which is always reassuring. I know I’m in safe hands. I’m very much looking forward to seeing the end result. All in good time!

This is my first time doing a lymphatic drainage massage with Dimple Amani, but needless to say I will definitely to going back. Lindsey at Liberty is very professional and meticulous in performing her magic in shaping and sculpting. There are certain areas in your body that you will feel more pressure than others, but the pressure applied by Lindsey is just right to make you feel relaxed after the whole treatment. The miracle tea that you get after the treatment is just the cherry on the top. Will definitely recommend this to someone looking for a relaxing me time.

My overall experience was very good. As a first-time customer, I was very pleased with my masseur. When she asked if I had any areas of concern, I jokingly said "all over" — so I didn't think to flag specific trouble spots. Even so, she managed to locate a problem area on my right side and worked to relax those muscles, which felt much better afterward. I also had a foot massage, which was good overall, though I forgot to mention a sore spot on one part of my foot. The session may have ended a little earlier than I expected, but the experience overall was very good. I'll definitely be back.

We celebrated the 20th anniversary of our company, Combit, here yesterday, and it was a fantastic experience. It was our first visit to Banya No.1 Hoxton, and we were genuinely impressed. I booked at the Queen’s Park room, and the space was beautiful—so clean, tranquil, and serene. Melissa was very gentle but effective with her massage. Her touch was healing. I loved her use of warm cloths and colder equipment. I did the full face massage including buccal fat and gua sha and I found it amazing. My face felt very relaxed after and it looked lifted and glowing. Melissa gave me advice on what to do in between sessions to keep it up and which products to use. Would highly recommend 10/10!
