Visited Stretch in Glasgow for the first time and booked the full package – assisted stretch, sauna and cold plunge. Georgie was excellent from start to finish. She made me feel completely at ease, checked in throughout the session, and made sure not to push things too far, especially with my right knee due to an old injury. The stretch itself was brilliant and I genuinely felt the difference afterwards. The sauna and cold plunge were the perfect way to finish up, and having the space to myself made it even better for switching off and resetting. Overall, a great experience.

Linzi is an absolute god-send. I always feel immediately safe in her hands. Her products smell amazing, the space is gorgeous and serene and the way she is able to listen and sense what is needed through her hands is a miracle. Have recommended her to folk loads and will continue to do so.

This is my third visit and I am sure there will be many more. I chose to combine my stretch with a session of contrast therapy so I got to chill out in the sauna after my stretch. I felt very relaxed when I left. The staff are really friendly and knowledgeable. Everyone should give this place a try.

I had another wonderful bamboo massage from Shabana. Today was my first visit to her stunning new room at Mile end Mill in Paisley: true serenity. I had been struggling with back pain over the past couple of days, but thanks to Shabana,I walked out a new woman!

The ice bath and saunas are excellent! The saunas did seem to trip off with about 15mins of the booking to go and wasn't fixed by the time we left, also they really need to get some sort of mats down in the changing areas. Those tiles are extremely slippy when wet! Especially when coming out the shower

First time doing combination therapy and left feeling relaxed and energised. Staff were welcoming and the atmosphere was very relaxed. There are three plunge pools with different temperature. The ‘warmest’ is 7 degrees and the coldest is 3 degrees. I only went in the 7 degree one and it was pretty cold but managed to get in without too much grimacing and when I was in I got used to it quite quickly. Was very nice to be able to go straight into the sauna after, which was clean, well lit and a perfect temperature to sit in for a good while without feeling too hot.

First time visiting and do not think it will be the last. The therapist was very knowledgable and attentive to my needs throughout the treatment, making sure I remained pain free. Enjoyed being able to attend as a couple and after the stretch enjoyed the contrast sauna and plunge therapy together. Lovely experience

Excellent experience at Sherys. I have been to a few places to get builder gel and the difference is time spent, quality etc at Sherys is amazing in comparison!

Amazing ishga facial by the lovely Aneesha . It was just so relaxing from start to finish and I could have just slept after it . My skin feels lovely and soft after it and I’m in a much needed zen space

My body, neck, head and face massage was amazing this Sunday afternoon with Shabana. The spa room was warm and has a beautiful interior. I have never had a warm towel wrapped around my neck before for a head massage this was very comforting and so relaxing. Shabana also incorporated some breathing and mindfulness during my treatments, my whole experience today was truly amazing. Cant wait for my next appointment with Shabana. LA Jackson
