I had a fantastic experience today at the salon. I had booked a massage but not sure which one would benefit me. Shabana asked me question and with her expertise offered me a hot stone massage. I was experiencing tightness in my shoulders, neck and back which was getting worse each day. I can honestly say that I left the salon feeling so much better and no longer felt as if I was carrying the world on my back. The experience was so nice, calming and would recommend Shabana and the salon to everyone. I am so looking forward to my next visit. Thank you

WOW! The service I received was unbelievable from Shabana. Firstly I stated I have an allergy to Linalool and Shabana went out her way to find me an oil that would be suitable for my skin with less than 24hrs notice may I add! Shabana showed me the oil to prove it was safe. Even contacted me throughout the day to give me options. She also contacted the supplier and spoke to consultants in the company. She really went above and beyond and it showed how much she really cares about her clients. Thank you again Shabana🩷

Had a very luxurious manicure and pedicure by the wonderful Aneesah! She was very gentle with one of my fingers that I recently injured and made me feel so comfortable and relaxed with my feet. As someone who is usually embarrassed about my feet (and also find people touching them extremely ticklish), she made me feel very comfortable and excited to show off my new toes! Thank you so much for your wonderful chit chat and for the colour recommendation, I love!

Had two treatments today, reflexology and a black diamond facial. Both were carried out by Shabana, amazing does not come close to describing the treatments and experience. I’ve had black diamond facials before, not just a facial it is the most relaxing experience, this is definitely down to Shabana’s exceptional skills. Never had reflexology didn’t really know what to expect. Will definitely be having more. If you’re thinking of booking a treatment - don’t hesitate just book you will not be disappointed. You’ll come away feeling chilled and energised in equal measure.

Shabana was polite and very experienced .She did a brief skin consultation before the facial and explained the process which she tailored as per my need . she started the facial with a brief session of meditative mindfulness which I thought was very good. I really appreciate her initiative to open this place to help Hospice as well. Thank you.

My body, neck, head and face massage was amazing this Sunday afternoon with Shabana. The spa room was warm and has a beautiful interior. I have never had a warm towel wrapped around my neck before for a head massage this was very comforting and so relaxing. I was treated by a very nice young woman who was friendly and courteous.

I had Shabaan for some waxing then she kindly fitted me in for an impromptu Indian head massage. Oh my goodness, I feel like a new woman. Shabaan is an all round holistic therapist who really looked after me. I highly recommend 10/10

As ever Aneesa is thorough, gentle and pleasant. Always a good relaxing experience.
