If you're looking for the ultimate relaxation experience, a Japanese head spa treatment is an absolute must-try. Anna was the ultimate professional and made me feel instantly relaxed. After the treatment, my hair felt incredibly clean and light, and my scalp was noticeably less itchy and oily.

Had my first head spa appointment with Anna yesterday and it was great! She is very passionate about her job and shared lots of valuable information about scalp health. The treatment was very relaxing - I almost dozed off! I will definitely be back for another treatment in the future!

Anna was amazing and so was the overall scalp treatment. I would only critique a few minor things. The location was closed when I arrived and I nearly left. No one informed me that the door would only be unlocked at my exact appointment time. And the table I laid on was quite narrow. (I’m only 125lbs and fairly thin myself) I had a hard time getting comfortable. I felt like I had to hold my arms up for the entire 75 mins. Making my shoulder really sore.

Amazing experience, from start to finish. Anna was so professional and knew exactly how to create the perfect relaxing ambiance. The products were sensational and left my scalp and hair feeling light, fresh & very soft. My favourite part was the head scrub with a comb, felt very good and cleansing.
