This was my first appointment at this salon. Very friendly and welcoming. They have acknowledged me straight away. I believe it was Lucy who washed my hair. She was thorough, wasn't affraid to put a little pressure on, which was so welcoming. Julie cut my hair and advised at the same time. By the time she finished, my hair looked and felt amazing!. I know I was the last customer, my appointment was at 16:35 on Saturday, but at no point did I feel rushed. The girls left for the day and Julie stayed with me after hours, gave me some product samples and valuable advise. Until next time 😊.

Today I had a cut and a toner to give my colour a boost by the master at work, that is Julie. My hair was then blow dried and finished by Izzy. It is hard to believe she has only been at college a few months, she is really professional and I am delighted with the end result. Best hair salon ever ! I look forward to seeing you all again February.

Had a precision treatment today also know as a keratin blow dry and its such an amazing treatment. I have thick hair and after washing my hair for the first time today 6 days later, My hair feels very light weight smooth and shiny and thin, will definitely be having it done again. Lucie explained the process step by step and what to expec. Chop and change is a great salon with great prices.

Highly recommended hair salon. Francesca is very professional, experienced, considerate and nice hairdresser. Come away loving my hair every time. Lily always listens to what I want with giving really helpful knowledgeable advice too on how to look after my hair and maintain the blonde. I know I can trust her with my hair. She is really professional and I feel comfortable in her modern, lovely decorated hair salon.

I’ve been going to Lily for about a year now and my hair has never looked better. She’s so talented at both colour and cut that everything is so perfectly blended and I never have to worry about going back to tweak things as it always looks perfect!

Best hair salon around, always welcoming and friendly. Julie has a wealth of experience, I always feel amazing when I come out of there, thank you.

Julie has worked her magic again and given me such beautiful blonde hair. I honestly can’t recommend the salon enough all the staff are lovely and you come out with such amazing hair.

Having never used this salon before I can’t recommend it enough! The staff were friendly and good not do enough! My hair was very difficult and they smashed it! I’m thrilled and will be booking a follow up this week!!!

I was a bit nervous due to the condition of my hair from bleach and perimenopause also im very grey/white and my hair came out incredible . I cried in the salon as my greys where blended and my hair look healthy again The girls in this salon are truthful and tell you what’s going to work and what’s best for u and the products are also brilliant and reasonably priced .. I walked away happy and extremely satisfied… ladies with greys this is the place for u. X
