I had such a wonderful experience today at Urban Retreat Spa. Sharon was absolutely amazing! So pleasant, warm, and welcoming from the moment I walked in. She really took the time to understand my skin and customized the treatments to suit my specific needs. I left feeling relaxed, pampered, and literally glowing. Highly recommend Shalini for oxygen or hydro facial. One hour of relaxing pampering and treating yourself. My skin is glowing when I leave and the results last. Our facials at Urban Retreat Spa were the best we've ever experienced. My teenage daughter has been seeing Sharon for her acne maintenance and I've been reaping the benefits of Sharon's knowledge and care for my mature skin. 5 star all around.

Sharon is a total pro. I completely trust my skin in her hands. By far the best experience I’ve ever had with an aesthetician for any service. Plus she’s cool and great to chat with, and great taste in music! Such an enjoyable and relaxing experience.

I’ve been coming here for treatments and have seen Elle a few times now and I love her. She’s so friendly, makes you feel super comfortable, and always explains what she’s doing. She checks in the whole time and really cares about your results. The spa is clean and welcoming, and Elle honestly makes the experience. Highly recommend her!

She was extremely professional, patient, and made me feel comfortable right from the start. Melika explained every step of the process clearly and made sure I knew exactly what to expect. Jewel was absolutely amazing! I didn’t want the facial to end. She made the experience so thoughtful and relaxing, even using the time while the masks were setting to give me the most soothing hand, arm, neck, and shoulder massage. I left feeling completely refreshed. This was exactly what I needed after a long week of work.

It was my first time doing laser and the parlour was aesthetic and clean… Jeevi made the whole experience so easy and comfortable!
