My experience at Rise and Fall Wellness was amazing. Booking was incredibly easy, and the space itself was beautiful. The white noise in the sauna was an added bonus, it created the perfect environment to relax and reset. I’ll definitely be going back.

I had my very first facial today and it was the most wonderful experience I could have asked for. Emelda went above and beyond with so many thoughtful extras. She was warm, knowledgeable, and made me feel completely at ease. I loved that she was informative without being pushy about products or upsells. I left feeling relaxed, refreshed, and genuinely glowing. I’m so excited to begin my skincare journey with her guidance. Very nice and relaxing felt like we were in somewhere tropical on holidays and with the place all to ourselves. Lot's of good communication with us and detailed instructions to guide us to have the best experience. We did 3 rounds of cold dip and sauna in the hour with each cold dip getting easier. Each dip was about 1min. It would be great gift card for a special occasion. Will defo go back but will keep an eye out for a special as we got an hour for 2 of us for $40 which we thought was good value. Great job guys keep the great service going.

Best makeup artist you will come by! She wasn’t only there doing my makeup but she hugged me when I got nervous, coached me through slowing my breathing when I got overwhelmed. Her chair was where I could relax and feel at ease amongst the chaos. She will forever be apart of the family after my wedding day yesterday. I would recommend her to every person looking at a hair and makeup artist. She honestly couldn’t have done better she went above and beyond each step of the way and made my vision come to life. We love you Sam and we appreciate everything thing about you xxx

Really well set up, private area. The decor and plants are really nice. The instructions provided before the session were very clear and well communicated. The board with suggested instructions and timing for the sauna was really helpful, particularly for a first time user! Overall a really relaxing experience, left feeling very good. Will definitely be back!

Had my first session at Perth Cryo and it was an amazing experience! Special shoutout to the girl who helped me,she was absolutely fantastic. Super friendly, patient, and explained everything in a way that made me feel totally at ease. You can tell she really cares about giving the best service. The facilities are top-notch, and the whole session was a perfect combo of relaxation and muscle recovery. I’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Absolutely loved this place! The whole space is super clean and very pleasant — you can tell they really care about the environment and the experience. The sauna was top quality and the ice bath was just perfect! Such an amazing contrast and exactly what I needed. I left feeling so good, refreshed, and re-energized. I went to Perth Cryo with my 12 year old son today. We both loved it to bits. The service was impeccable and the experience was memorable. Perth Cryo is the number one place to go for recovery. I love it!

This place is a real hidden gem. Had my sauna and ice bath experience here and I really enjoyed it. Got clear instructions when I booked online and walked straight through to utilise all the amenities. No need for interaction was a bonus and it felt like my own little space to zen out after a busy week.
