Cecilia was very nice and professional! I got my lashes done and they came out perfectly. She managed to do it in a way that looked very natural and fitting for my eye and face shape. Moreover, she gave me lots of skin care tips on how to manage my oily skin, which had been working great for my skin!

Highly recommend! Richwell took the time to really assess my skin, explaining everything in a way that was easy to understand. I never felt pressured, and the skincare advice was personalised to what my skin actually needed—no unnecessary treatments or products, just honest recommendations. Such a great experience!

I had a massage, back exfoliation and body wrap and absolutely loved the experience. The treatments were incredibly relaxing and done with so much care, I felt comfortable and well looked after the entire time. The therapist was professional and the service was great value for money. The reception experience wasn’t great as they were on their phone and didn’t really make eye contact, but they appear to operate independently of her business and it definitely didn’t reflect the quality of the treatments or overall experience. I will definitely be returning!!

An absolute sweetheart of a person, she’s caring and so gentle. Makes you feel so safe once down she’ll give you jasmine/ginger tea while giving you some recommendations. 10/10 will definitely be coming back! Thank you for the lashes 🩷 -Faith
