I had the most relaxing time @ Tama Wellness, I would definitely recommend the sauna and full body massage. I added on the hair and scalp treatment and left feeling amazing, one of the best spa treatments I’ve had. Thanks team x

The most phenomenal lymphatic drainage massage and spa experience 💆🏽‍♀️✨ Honestly, Jodie has the most magical hands. I always leave feeling so light, relaxed and renewed. Every time I’m down south, a visit to TAMA is an absolute must. Great space and experience at Nimbus. Beautiful minimal design, calm & relaxing space to visit as a group or individually or with a friend. Loved the small additions to detail with a gorgeous range of products to available use post sauna. Great excuse to gather some mates for a catchup & sauna.

The love, thought, and attention to detail that Jodie instills in Tama make each treatment truly unique. The relaxation massage following a sauna session was the perfect way to unwind at the end of the week. Jodie has a lovely calm and welcoming presence, and her extensive knowledge of massage was undeniable. I left feeling rejuvenated and relaxed, and I can’t wait to return for my next visit and tell everyone they must go!

An absolutely incredible experience from start to finish. Nimbus Co is such an aesthetic space to relax and recharge. It's clear how much thought, care and consideration has gone into creating this space - every detail was carefully curated to make such an incredible experience and atmosphere.

AMAZING!! The most relaxing 2 hours ever - I added the face mask to elevate my sauna session (definitely recommend!) and listened to a 15 minute meditation to wind down. Followed by a one hour massage by Evie which was unreal, she’s passionate about what she does and my body is soo grateful ⭐️

From a very experienced icebath sauna person. By far the hardest icebath i have ever had. Sauna and equipment is very, very nice. Lovely staff. Well on there way to being a amazing place.

Tama is the first thing to book when I come down to stay. I cant wait to enjoy the beautiful sauna experience and then the most wonderful and relaxing massage ever with jody. I highly recomend !

Tama wellness is such a beautiful ambient space to relax! I loved the spacious glass sauna and it was a lovely finish to rinse off under a shower head comparable with a small waterfall 😂 Thankyou for a lovely experience ✨

Tama is heaven on earth. I would highly recommend a sauna followed by massage. Every tiny detail at Tama is so thoughtfully curated, beautiful and super luxe. I previously had a massage with Jodie and it was probably the best massage of my life. She is a real life angel and natural healer. I had a massage with Fred today and I didn't want to get off the table. He has magic hands. Can't wait for my next treatment.

I had the most incredible 75 minute relaxation massage with Fred yesterday and I didn’t want it to end. The way he works is so intuitive, he finds the places that need attention without you even having to say a word. I left feeling relaxed, calm, and completely reset. So grateful to have him at Tama.
