I just had an intense deep tissue massage with Chamcham. She was excellent at finding stiff and tight muscles! I feel so relaxed now. There is also a steam room and sauna in the spa which is always a plus.

I had an amazing experience at this spa! From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly welcoming and professional. The facilities were spotless. I especially loved the Finnish sauna — it was perfectly heated and left me feeling completely refreshed. After that, my Husband had one of the best massages . The therapist was attentive, skilled, and really knew how to target tension areas while keeping everything relaxing and soothing. This was my second visit to Sultana Spa, and it was just as wonderful as the first. I had a Turkish scrub, bubble massage, and Thai massage — each seamless, relaxing, and expertly delivered. The staff are professional, skilled, and genuinely friendly, making you feel welcome from the moment you arrive. The spotless facilities, especially the hot stone steam room, are world-class and deeply rejuvenating. The massage therapist who performed my treatment was an experienced and skilled professional; he really listened to my needs and offered effective massage techniques that alleviated my sore muscles and tension. The tissue massage was incredible,and I felt completely relaxed and revitalized after my session. I have been going to SensAsia for a long time. Recently I’ve noticed there is an awful amount of pushing sales of items, treatments etc WHILE I’m there. It happens with the therapist and the receptionist. It was always very subtle before but now it’s border line annoying. I love everyone at the spa but this mandate to push sales is very evident and frankly speaking not relaxing at all. It feels forced and not genuine. Please consider changing this policy with the staff, especially the therapist.. receptionist can still upsell or cross sell but not the person who is meant to relax me. Thanks

I had an excellent experience here. The massage was genuinely authentic Thai, with a great balance of firm pressure, stretching, and attention to areas of tension. Fantastic experience with Dr. Fernanda for a classic Korean facial! I mentioned my eczema, and I loved that she didn't push unnecessary treatments. Instead of selling expensive clinic brands to me, she gave honest advice and wrote out a complete skincare routine using products I already own. Plus a few affordable additions I easily found on Amazon. She is super knowledgeable and explained exactly how to use everything correctly. The atmosphere is spa-like and incredibly relaxing. I'll definitely be returning regularly for my beauty maintenance!

I had a wonderful experience at Feet First Reflexology and Massage. I booked the Japanese Anma Shiatsu with Than, which was excellent; very precise, deeply therapeutic, and incredibly relaxing, with noticeable relief in my neck and back afterward. The Head, Neck, and Shoulder massage with Juvyann was also fantastic, with perfect pressure and immediate tension relief. The spa is clean, calm, and professional, and the staff are warm and welcoming; I will definitely be coming back. Highly recommended!

spent a hot day smelting by the pool with an occasional swim in the inviting pool to cool off. followed by a rejuvenating 90 minute massage. the spa has a great atmosphere and I highly rate my masseuse. The pool is on the 1st floor great layout nice changing rooms both areas well maintained. A few negatives building work going on by the pool, on occasion you could smell paint like fumes and there was dust. nobody was serving outside so if you wanted refreshments you had to go inside and.find someone. there is a sauna but no steam room. there is no chill room to relax after treatment.

I had an amazing massage at Saltzen Spa after a long time, and it was truly worth it. Renz is incredibly skilled—her massage techniques were so relaxing that I slept deeply that night. The spa itself is spotless, with a calming and inviting ambiance that makes the whole experience even better. I didn’t get the chance to try the red light sauna since I arrived late, but I’ll definitely be coming back to experience that along with another treatment. Highly recommended!

There’s one thing, the saloon is supposed to be like a spa a place that is always relaxing, quite and serene, but unfortunately there was a lady yesterday who played her social media very loudly and then spoke on the phone and it was on speaker and very loud. I hope next time when this happens one of the staff can approach them and ask them to follow the places rules because to be honest we come to relax as well.

I had a recent experience at Golden Glow with their signature treatments. The signature manicure and pedicure were both very relaxing and therapeutic for me. They take utmost care of the hygiene. The premium Korean head spa was also relaxing in a beautiful setup with premium Korean products, scrub and the mask. However the water was very cold and it couldn’t get warm until a long time. This effected my overall experience with the hair treatment Sabita is very good with hair dressing. I’d recommend visiting them for Mani Pedi and will try the Korean glass facial next time.

Beautiful morning spent with Yannti who gave me my first ever Hammam experience which was wonderful. I would definitely recommend it and I shall be booking again. This was followed by the most relaxing massage with just the right amount of pressure applied. I indulged in the oxygen therapy to end my pampering session and I now feel brand new. Thank you to all the team at the fairmont who made me feel so welcomed and relaxed ☺️
