I really enjoyed my spa experience at Sofitel Spa Downtown. I felt pumpered and taken cared of. Team went above and beyond and even prepared a birthday cake with a candle to make my day even more special. Highly recommend!

The massage was really good and I will definitely be back! However, I used to be given a locker to keep my stuff and allowed to use the sauna in my previous visits but not anymore. So obviously the service levels have decreased. Also, the masseuse tried to sell me some product after the massage and when I politely declined, she stomped off.
