Monica was very friendly and engaged in conversation with me despite our languages barriers which made me feel welcome, often salons don’t engage with the customer and speak to other staff only so this was a delightful change This is my second visit to the salon and I will be coming back. I do not live in Gisborne but more than happy to make the trip when visiting my family on a regular basis. Premises were clean music was uplifting and the tv station of Vietnamese cooking was engaging also. 10/10 thank you ladies :)

Absolutely hands down best nails in gisborne. So relaxing and the nail technicians are thorough,clean and my nails last so long in between refills.

They have an easy and efficient online booking system. I started going to Natural nails about 2 years ago after disappointing results from another nail shop that I’d been going to for years. Every time I’ve been here I’m always impressed with the results. The shop is clean and the women are friendly and professional.

I have been seeing Quincy for years now and I have always been extremely happy with the service and treatment. I leave feeling amazing and looking fantastic. I wouldn't go anywhere else for my lashes and brows and I highly recommend them to everyone.
