Monica was very friendly and engaged in conversation with me despite our languages barriers which made me feel welcome, often salons don’t engage with the customer and speak to other staff only so this was a delightful change This is my second visit to the salon and I will be coming back. I do not live in Gisborne but more than happy to make the trip when visiting my family on a regular basis. Premises were clean music was uplifting and the tv station of Vietnamese cooking was engaging also. 10/10 thank you ladies :)

The staff are very professional and friendly. My pedicure with Sara was def 5 star but the manicure with someone else left me with badly shaped, rough finger nails that I had to redo when I got home.

They have an easy and efficient online booking system. I started going to Natural nails about 2 years ago after disappointing results from another nail shop that I’d been going to for years. Every time I’ve been here I’m always impressed with the results. The shop is clean and the women are friendly and professional.

Wow what a great experience this wonderful Deluxe pedicure was and staff were super friendly and the salon is very clean and just beautiful . Great relaxing experience and time my friend and I had.. So happy with my, and my daughter’s, nails! I had French BIAB, she had acrylic and we both had a pedicure with Shellac. All was exactly as we requested, perfectly executed and the customer service was excellent too. Professional, high quality salon. Highly recommend!
