First time I’d been to the Loft and wasn’t disappointed Sarah was lovely and listened to my concerns and made me feel totally relaxed. She was very knowledgeable about products she used on me and didn’t do the hard sell like so many salons do but I brought the products anyway and was really pleasantly surprised how reasonable they were Already booked next appointment with her Thank you Sarah

Had my first wax treatment with Hollie yesterday and will definitely be returning. I am pregnant and was feeling quite nervous but felt at ease as soon as I met Hollie. She's super lovely, I was treated with great care and her salon is a very relaxing place to be. The best wax treatment I have received and I highly recommend!

Holiie is so lovely, friendly and welcoming. The salon is beautiful too. She talked me through my treatment throughroughly throughout. I had the skin tightening treatment in my face, it was painless and quick and I cant wait to see the results

Great treatment only downside was no receptionist to pay and let us out of the salon! Which resulted in us having to disturb the therapist after waiting 30 mins for someone to come!

Another great Hollywood wax with Hollie! My first wax after having a c-section two months ago and so was feeling a little nervous going into it. Hollie reassured me and made me feel really at ease and did an amazing job, I can't recommend her enough. Always come out of my appointments feeling great. Thank you Hollie x

Zoe was absolutely brilliant! A wonderful therapist with a full knowledge of all services offered in this beautiful salon. Always such a calming and peaceful vibe in the salon. Love how attentive and guided by you Danielle is which makes it exactly what you need every time, silence, a chat, a really deep massage or a light relaxing treatment it’s completely tailored every time. Absolutely love it!

Was my first visit to The Soul Sanctuary and I’ll definitely be back. Had a Tropic facial and back massage, was bliss. Danielle was lovely and you can tell that she knows what she’s doing. The salon is calming and relaxing, especially the lamp in the massage room.😊

The best salon experience I've ever had! Chloe was a perfectionist and really put everything into her services. Also, the lash lift and tint was hands down the best one I have ever had - my lashes look longer, thicker, curlier and darker than they ever have done!
